Responsibilities:
•
day-to-day operations of Company
Network, including maintaining network
systems and all hardware and software
packages.
• operating Microsoft platform machines,
PC's (Win XP & 2000), Wireless access
point, VPNs, routers, terminal servers,
modems, etc.
• developing and upgrading network
systems (hardware and software)
• updating Company Web Site.
• handling Exchange, SQL and ISA.
•providing staff with computer support
and maintenance.
• evaluating and recommending software
and hardware products.
• conducting routine system and analysis
of network facilities that include
diagnosing problems with network
performance.
• providing regular back-ups for the
network and the databases.
• monitoring and coordinating
installation and repair of system by
vendors; repair and replace computer
hardware components.
• providing staff training on new
installed software products.
• providing administrative support on
photocopying machine, fax machine,
email, and telephones.
