Overview

We are hiring experienced and target-driven Tele sales Representatives to join our team, supporting a well-established client in the banking sector. The role involves outbound sales calls to potential clients, offering banking products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and quality standards.
  • Report daily activities and results to the supervisor/team leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred.
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or call center roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • very good in English
