We are hiring experienced and target-driven Tele sales Representatives to join our team, supporting a well-established client in the banking sector. The role involves outbound sales calls to potential clients, offering banking products and services in a professional and persuasive manner.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and quality standards.
Report daily activities and results to the supervisor/team leader.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred.
Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or call center roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
