Overview

As a Business Intelligence & Data Specialist, you will be an integral part of our global team, responsible for providing exceptional Business Intelligence services to one of our client's business units. Your role will involve developing, maintaining, and improving various business reports linked to sales agent productivity, sales pipeline, forecast, revenue attainment, and other related metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams, actively participate in customer selection, support campaign management, and ensure accurate and timely data maintenance in CRM systems and other sales support tools. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong business acumen, and the ability to work efficiently in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business reports related to sales agent productivity, including productivity metrics, call time, and agent reviews.

  • Create and maintain reports associated with sales pipeline, forecast, and revenue attainment to aid strategic decision-making.

  • Analyze transaction records against established business rules and monitor real-time sales target attainment, offering support to sales teams in case of missing records from scorecards.

  • Actively participate in customer selection from client and third-party databases, supporting the improvement of global propensity models in line with sales targets.

  • Perform pre-engagement administrative and maintenance tasks, such as campaign uploads, data enrichment from 1st and 3rd party databases, and maintain PowerApps and CRM systems.

  • Update and maintain insights dashboards and sales support tools, ensuring accurate and relevant data for sales teams.

  • Execute ad-hoc bulk updates in CRM systems related to lead and opportunity records to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Relevant working experience with PowerQuery, PowerBI, and PowerApps, with the ability to maintain existing reports and create new ones using the PowerPlatform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with pivot tables and PowerPivot.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing processes to triage and resolve sales-related issues.
  • Previous experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics experience is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling ambiguity and addressing complex business challenges effectively.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL is required, and experience with SSIS and SQL Server Analysis Services is advantageous.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in data engineering, digital business & data science, business intelligence & data analytics, business administration, economics, finance, business & IT, software engineering, or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years).
