Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
Assist customers in resolving service-related issues with efficiency and accuracy
Deliver accurate information about company services and support customers through basic troubleshooting steps
Maintain a customer-first approach in all communications, ensuring empathy and professionalism
Document all customer interactions and follow up on pending issues where required
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets in accordance with service level agreements
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or contact center environment
Fluent English language skills (B2+)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other support tools
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
