Overview

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused English Call Center Representatives to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers, resolving inquiries related to products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and professional interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers in resolving service-related issues with efficiency and accuracy
  • Deliver accurate information about company services and support customers through basic troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain a customer-first approach in all communications, ensuring empathy and professionalism
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up on pending issues where required
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets in accordance with service level agreements

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Fluent English language skills (B2+)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other support tools
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
