Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented People and Operations Supervisor to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in managing employee lifecycle documentation, payroll administration, and compliance with Egyptian labor regulations. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of all people-related processes and supporting the overall organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all employee documentation and HR operations throughout the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel records, in line with internal policies and labor law requirements.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes including salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and variable inputs in coordination with Finance.
  • Manage relationships and correspondence with government authorities such as the Social Insurance and Labor Offices.
  • Prepare and process all legal forms and documentation (Form 1, 2, 6) as per legal timelines.
  • Ensure company compliance with Egyptian labor laws, insurance regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave balances, sick days, and related reports.
  • Lead internal HR audits and ensure compliance with documentation and process standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and resolve any employee-related concerns.
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and refining HR procedures, handbooks, and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR operations, documentation, and payroll within Egypt.
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor and Social Insurance laws.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
