We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented People and Operations Supervisor to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in managing employee lifecycle documentation, payroll administration, and compliance with Egyptian labor regulations. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of all people-related processes and supporting the overall organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all employee documentation and HR operations throughout the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding, etc.).
Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel records, in line with internal policies and labor law requirements.
Oversee monthly payroll processes including salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and variable inputs in coordination with Finance.
Manage relationships and correspondence with government authorities such as the Social Insurance and Labor Offices.
Prepare and process all legal forms and documentation (Form 1, 2, 6) as per legal timelines.
Ensure company compliance with Egyptian labor laws, insurance regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave balances, sick days, and related reports.
Lead internal HR audits and ensure compliance with documentation and process standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and resolve any employee-related concerns.
Support the HR Manager in developing and refining HR procedures, handbooks, and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in HR operations, documentation, and payroll within Egypt.
Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor and Social Insurance laws.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
